Kitchen Manager

Duties

  • Oversee food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills in food service management, culinary techniques, and customer service.
  • Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth operations during busy hours.
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment that adheres to safety standards while fostering teamwork and high morale.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service restaurants.
