Full-Time | Two Guaranteed Days Off Per Week
We're looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager who can lead a team, cook alongside the staff, and help grow our menu.
This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys creating new dishes, running food specials, and working in a scratch kitchen. We want someone who takes pride in quality food, strong teamwork, and keeping the kitchen organized and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily kitchen operations
- Cook and work alongside the kitchen team during service
- Create weekly food specials and help develop new menu items
- Train, schedule, and support kitchen staff
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Order food and supplies and manage inventory
- Control food and labor costs
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and health-code compliant
- Work with management to deliver a great guest experience
- Help improve kitchen systems and efficiency
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Lead Cook
- Strong cooking skills and scratch kitchen experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience with inventory, ordering, and scheduling
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing specials and new dishes
