Kitchen Restaurant & Store Keeper
Job Responsibilities:
1. Kitchen Inventory Management
- Maintain daily kitchen stock (food items, raw materials, beverages)
- Monitor usage of all kitchen products
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation
2. Supplier Management
- Contact suppliers and get quotations (pricing comparison)
- Add and update supplier details in system/Excel
- Negotiate prices and ensure best cost control
3. Purchase & Procurement
- Prepare purchase requests based on kitchen requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery
- Maintain purchase records and invoices
4. Reporting (Excel / System)
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly stock & price reports
- Maintain Excel sheets for:
- Total stock usage
- Purchase cost
- Supplier pricing comparison
- Profit/cost control reports
- Submit reports to management on time
5. Cost Control
- Monitor kitchen expenses
- Help management reduce wastage and control food cost
- Track price changes from suppliers
Additional Details:
- Must have own visa
- Full-time position
- Salary: AED 2000 per month
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
