Kitchen Staff

Overview
We are looking to add many positions to our kitchen team for the 2026 season! We operate two restaurants and now have a food truck as well all located in Orleans, MA - Cape Cod! We appreciate people looking to make a career in back of house as cooks, chefs or operators. We enjoy teaching the skills of quality food service and hospitality/business management. We need:

  • (1) Kitchen Manager (breakfast)
  • (1) Sous Chef (dinner)
  • (1) Banquet Chef
  • (3-5) Line Cooks (multiple stations available, AM + PM)
  • (2-3) Food Truck Cooks (valid license + clean driving record required)

Responsibilities

  • Care about the food and care about the customers
  • Work with our team to execute service
  • Follow company guidelines and execute recipes/platings as instructed
  • Show up on time and when scheduled
  • Follow food safety standards
  • Proper cleanliness and system maintenance

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a food service industry is a must for most positions.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety protocols, and food handling standards.
  • Experience with banquet service or catering is a plus. (Mandatory for Banquet Chef)
  • Strong communication skills to work seamlessly within a team and interact positively with guests
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
  • Passion for hospitality and the Culinary Arts is appreciated
  • Commitment to food safety practices and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
