Summary:
The Kitchen Staff Banquet Cook III will provide outstanding service by preparing high-quality food for guests based on established guidelines. They will prep and execute high-quality sushi production and customer satisfaction to the Chef's standards. They will cook meats, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products while keeping the work area clean and organized. Follow food safety procedures and professionally conduct him/herself according to property standards.
