Kitchen Staff/Cook

Customer service is significant to this position in the hospitality business and the manner used is important to both the customer and team members. Must be able to multi-task and handle customers with a relaxed manner even when under stress. When situations arise involving the service to or the comfort of our guests, it is vital that you take responsibility to respond quickly to guest problems and needs, and also to coordinate the total operation of the property. To maintain a clean and appealing breakfast room according to policy standards. Required to prepare foods, coffee, and other items as necessary for the breakfast room daily. Serve guests their breakfast in to go packages. On this team a reliable member works every day as scheduled, shows up for work on time, consistently meets deadlines and pitches in wherever and whenever needed. Provides superior customer service to our guests and satisfy their needs. Cleaning the lobby area as well as breakdown breakfast room and clean counters and dishes after service is over. Must be available 5 AM until 11 AM Must be available Saturday and Sunday and flexible other days of the week.
