Kitchen Steward

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including dishwashing stations, floors, and equipment, ensuring hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines efficiently, ensuring proper sanitation and handling of all kitchenware, including pots, pans, and utensils.
• Organize and manage the storage of clean kitchenware, ensuring proper stacking and inventory control to minimize breakage and optimize space.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained, reporting any maintenance issues promptly to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handwashing techniques and cross-contamination prevention protocols.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,750.00 per month
