Core Duties

* Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment, ensuring safe use and reporting faults when required.
* Wash, clean, and return kitchen items to designated areas.
* Maintain cleanliness of refrigerators, stoves, cupboards, storage racks, and other fixtures.
* Use cleaning materials and chemicals properly and safely.
* Dispose of kitchen refuse correctly, keep bins clean, and ensure refuse areas remain hygienic.
* Support with kitchen safety measures and follow all health and safety procedures.
* Carry out additional cleaning or support tasks as directed by supervisors.

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 2 years experience in kitchen stewarding or a similar role in hospitality.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.
* Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
* Organized, reliable, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
* Courteous, cooperative, and able to follow instructions effectively.
