Kitchen Steward

Emirates Hospitality Center is looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Stewards to join our catering services team. The role plays a key part in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, supporting food preparation, and ensuring smooth daily operations across catering functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and working areas.
• Operate dishwashing machines and maintain hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensure waste is properly segregated and disposed of in line with safety protocols.
• Support chefs and service staff during catering events and meal preparations.
• Adhere strictly to HACCP and food safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within catering or hospitality preferred.
• Physically fit, punctual, and dependable.
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.
