Kitchen Supervisor (BOH)

we are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee our back-of-house operations, guide our cooks and senior cooks, and ensure consistent food quality and kitchen excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks, senior cooks, and all BOH team members.
  • Ensure food preparation and presentation meet company quality and brand standards.
  • Monitor portion control, waste management, and cost efficiency.
  • Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
  • Assist in daily production planning and kitchen scheduling.
  • Conduct on-the-job training and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for stock requirements.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak service hours.
  • Report directly to the Head Chef / Kitchen Manager on performance and operational matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO250.000 per month
