we are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee our back-of-house operations, guide our cooks and senior cooks, and ensure consistent food quality and kitchen excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks, senior cooks, and all BOH team members.
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meet company quality and brand standards.
- Monitor portion control, waste management, and cost efficiency.
- Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
- Assist in daily production planning and kitchen scheduling.
- Conduct on-the-job training and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for stock requirements.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak service hours.
- Report directly to the Head Chef / Kitchen Manager on performance and operational matters.

Pay: Up to RO250.000 per month
