Hiring: Kitchen Technical Production Engineer (Workshop & Installation Follow-up)

DD Home is looking for a Kitchen Technical Office Engineer with 3+ years of experience in kitchen design and production. The ideal candidate can break down designs into full unit details, produce accurate shop drawings, follow up manufacturing in the workshop, and supervise delivery & on-site installation.

Key Responsibilities

Full Unit Breakdown and production preparation

Create detailed, executable Shop Drawings for all kitchen units

Prepare Cutting Lists, BOQ, and production documents

Specify materials, hinges, runners, and accessories per project

Follow up assembly in the workshop and ensure compliance with drawings & dimensions

Supervise delivery & installation and coordinate with installation teams for clean, accurate execution

Verify site measurements before production

Solve technical issues during manufacturing, assembly, or installation

Requirements

3+ years in kitchen design/production

Strong in Shop Drawings, Detailing, BOQ, and production documentation

Solid knowledge of kitchen materials (MDF, HPL, UV, PolyLac, Acrylic, etc.) and hardware/accessories

Practical understanding of manufacturing, assembly, and installation workflows

High accuracy, organization, and problem-solving skills

Salary: EGP 16,000/month
