We’re Hiring: Senior Procurement Engineer

Location: 1st Settlement, New Cairo

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Days Off: Friday & Saturday

About Us:

We are expanding our team and currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Procurement Engineer to join our organization and support ongoing and upcoming projects. If you have strong procurement expertise and a solid engineering background, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed procurement plans to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services.
• Supervise and approve material requisitions, purchase orders, and contract agreements.
• Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure alignment with quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Lead vendor selection processes and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor supply chain performance and address disruptions to minimize project delays.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers.
• Conduct supplier audits to assess performance and contractual compliance.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers to strengthen and diversify the supply chain.
• Resolve supplier disputes and escalate issues when required.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Procurement Engineers.
• Collaborate with project managers, logistics, and other departments to align procurement with operational needs.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, cost optimization, and supplier evaluations.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and databases.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience.
• Previous experience in waste management systems, construction projects, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with the Saudi market.
• A background in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering is required.
