We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Technician to join our Engineering Team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults in cooking, refrigeration, and food preparation equipment.
• Maintain equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, dishwashers, steamers, refrigerators, freezers, and ice machines.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain maintenance records and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

✔ 3–5 years of experience as a Kitchen Technician in the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, or restaurant).Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
✔ Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
✔ Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
✔ Good communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Must be currently available in Bahrain.
✔ Ability to join immediately will be an advantage.
