<Duties>
- Conduct engaging training sessions focused on food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards
- Demonstrate proper knife skills, meal preparation methods, and food presentation techniques to staff
- Assist in menu planning by sharing culinary insights and ensuring consistency in food quality
- Support kitchen staff with food service procedures, catering setups, and serving protocols
- Monitor adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation practices during training and daily operations
- Provide constructive feedback to improve team performance and culinary skills
- Collaborate with kitchen management to identify training needs and develop tailored instructional materials
<Requirements>
- Proven experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles within healthcare or institutional settings
- Strong background in food industry roles such as restaurant, catering, or culinary positions with hands-on kitchen experience
- Expertise in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly with excellent knife skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in menu planning, food service operations, and catering logistics
- Ability to lead engaging training sessions with clear communication skills
- Prior experience working with diverse teams in fast-paced environments is preferred
