Kitchen Utility Overnight/ Dishwasher

Position Summary

This is a full-time overnight position focused on maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all back-of-house areas. While dishwashing is required, the primary focus is ensuring all spaces meet high cleanliness and sanitation standards.

This role requires a self-starter who works well with limited supervision, takes initiative, and consistently delivers thorough, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of all back-of-house areas, including kitchen and prep spaces, dishwashing area, floors, high-traffic zones, storage, and maintenance rooms
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with all health and safety standards
• Ensure all assigned areas are consistently sanitized, organized, and maintained at a high level
• Operate dishwashing equipment to maintain adequate levels of clean dishes, cookware, and utensils
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including mixers, coffee machines, prep tables, and cooking surfaces
• Sweep, scrub, and mop floors and sanitize work surfaces and high-touch areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols
• Manage waste removal, including trash and recycling, and clean and sanitize garbage containers
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure supplies are properly stocked
• Identify and address cleanliness or maintenance issues proactively

Work Environment & Expectations

• Full-time overnight shift
• Requires standing, walking, lifting, and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Must be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
