DBS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Klaviyo Developer who can design, implement, and optimize high-performing email and SMS marketing automation campaigns . The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Klaviyo integrations, automation flows, segmentation, and performance optimization to help drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage email & SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
• Build and optimize automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back campaigns, etc.)
• Create advanced customer segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns
• Integrate Klaviyo with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
• Design and customize responsive email templates using HTML/CSS when required
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize open rates, CTR, and conversions
• Implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance
• Maintain email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with best practices
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop high-converting email strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Klaviyo marketing automation platform
• Experience with email marketing strategy and lifecycle marketing
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization
• Experience integrating Klaviyo with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization
• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns using data
• Familiarity with email deliverability best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international eCommerce brands
• Knowledge of SMS marketing automation
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
