KOA Groundskeeper Handyman

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic KOA Groundskeeper - mainly landscape and painting.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and planting to keep grounds vibrant and healthy
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely to carry out various maintenance tasks such as pruning, digging, and installing new features
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Conduct routine inspections of the grounds to identify areas requiring repair or improvement
• Assist with general handyman duties such as fence repairs, painting, cleaning, and small-scale carpentry projects, electric and plumbing a plus
• Support lawn care activities including fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to promote lush greenery
• Ensure all gardening and landscaping tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to safety standards

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is highly preferred
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment safely and effectively
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintenance and repairs
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive approach to supporting overall grounds management

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
