KOA RV Park Attendent

As the Dodge City KOA RV Park Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining our RV Park and will welcome our Guests with a great first impression. You will get to know our Guests and be a resource for them on things to do and experiences to recommend in the area.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Guest satisfaction

• Receive Guest requests and communicate in an effective manner

• Daily Operation

• Coordinate with the Front desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance and GM as needed

• Communicate between Guest and other departments

• Trash pickup

• RV site inspections

• Cleaning the park showers/restrooms/ laundry areas

Qualifications (You will bring…):

• Previous customer service experience a plus, but not required

• Be able to identify when they need assistance with a task and ask for it kindly

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Be flexible with work schedules, job duties and job locations

• Strong time-management skills & multitasking ability

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm & courteous, and ability to connect with them

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and work cohesively as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.50 per hour
