Role Overview
As a Data Analyst for a global electronics leader, you will be responsible for driving business intelligence through the creation and management of key performance indicators (KPIs). You will bridge the gap between raw data and executive decision-making, supporting supply chain, marketing, and financial operations.
As a Data Analyst for a global electronics leader, you will be responsible for driving business intelligence through the creation and management of key performance indicators (KPIs). You will bridge the gap between raw data and executive decision-making, supporting supply chain, marketing, and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Analytics: Create, maintain, and publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on business performance and KPIs to aid strategic management.
- Ad-hoc Support: Respond to urgent, time-sensitive reporting requests from internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Supply Chain & CPFR: Support the CPFR process by providing daily updates on product arrival schedules. Identify variances between sales orders and forecasts to optimize inventory availability.
- Marketing & Investment: Manage promotion and marketing investment approvals. Conduct post-mortem analyses to evaluate ROI and the efficacy of sales programs.
- Financial Coordination: Assist in the monthly closing process. Prepare reports on sales deductions, claims, and aging metrics to ensure business targets are met.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Communicate daily with headquarters and internal teams to handle escalations regarding production allocation, delivery, and inventory.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience preferred (minimum 3 years required).
- Experience in the telecommunications or wireless industry is highly desired.
- Proven background in logistics, distribution, or business planning.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills (data modeling, reporting, and forecasting) are mandatory.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative analysis skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.

- Self-Starter: Ability to develop tasks and work assignments even when objectives are vaguely defined.
- Communication: Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication for internal and external personnel at various levels.
- Organization: Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and complete projects within established timeframes.
