About the Role

We are seeking a Fulfillment & Admin Coordinator to join our Logistics Team.

This position focuses on inventory management, order processing, and administrative support rather than forwarding or customs operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. No prior logistics or import/export experience is required — training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in logistics administration and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily fulfillment operations, including order processing and shipment tracking.
  • Maintain inventory records, perform stock checks, and ensure data accuracy in the system.
  • Prepare and organize invoices, packing lists, and related documentation.
  • Communicate with warehouse and logistics staff to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Manage and file administrative and accounting-related documents.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and other clerical tasks to support the logistics team.
  • Learn and support internal processes related to fulfillment, product movement, and basic supply chain coordination.

Qualifications

  • No prior logistics experience required — training provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
