Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, job boards, etc.
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various methods (e.g. structured interviews, behavioral interviews).
  • Evaluate applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Negotiate salaries and benefits packages.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
  • Keep abreast of recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, structured, group).
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good understanding of labor legislation.
