Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, job boards, etc.
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various methods (e.g. structured interviews, behavioral interviews).
- Evaluate applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Negotiate salaries and benefits packages.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
- Keep abreast of recruitment trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, structured, group).
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Good understanding of labor legislation.
