Korean-Bilingual Legal Assistant (Entry Level)

Justice For Workers P.C. is a law firm that specializes in plaintiff-side employment law and workers' compensation. We current have multiple openings for the bilingual LEGAL ASSISTANT position. The candidate must be bilingual in KOREAN. This is an entry-level position.

We have two offices: our head quarter in Los Angeles; and our Orange County branch in Westminster. If you prefer to work in the Los Angeles office, please let us know.

The hourly rate for this position is $23-26/hr DOE + discretionary bonus.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to read, speak, and write competently in Korean
  • Must be comfortable communicating to clients on the phone and in person
  • Recent (<2 years) college graduate with a GPA of 3.5+

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with potential and current clients
  • Drafting correspondence to clients
  • Calendaring legal deadlines and set reminders for attorneys
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Preparing and e-file court forms
  • Drafting and serving (electronically and via mail) simple legal documents
  • Transcribing legal documents
  • Tracking case costs
  • Performing various other tasks to provide support to attorneys
  • Performing various administrative tasks

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
