Korean/ English Bilingual HR Specialist - Onsite Part/ Full-Time (35637)

A global industrial supplier based near Troy, Michigan is seeking for Korean/ English Bilingual HR Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities- Korean/ English Bilingual HR Specialist:

• Provide updates to company policies and guidelines to their employees
• Assist the other HR member with conducting Human Resources meetings
• Maintain employee records
• Conduct unemployment claims, hiring procedures, any other benefits claims
• Reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Evaluate employee performance and oversee payroll processing, vacation, attendance, FMLA, workers compensation, etc.
• Perform other duties if necessary

Requirements – Korean-English Bilingual HR Specialist:

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources Management
• 1-3 years of Human Resources experience preferably in manufacturing industry
• ERP software experience is plus – ADP, Peoplesoft, SAP etc.
• Existing knowledge of labor laws and managing HR functions
• Business-level of both Korean and English language skill is must (Speaking/ Listening/ Reading/ Writing)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Comfortable working in flexible schedule if needed
• Proficient in MS Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
