Korean-English Bilingual Purchasing Specialist (33716)

We are currently seeking a Korean-English Bilingual Purchasing Specialist at an industrial supplier near Duluth, GA. Ideal candidate will have strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience ideally in manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities – Korean-English Bilingual Purchasing Specialist:

· Assist manufacturing plant in material/supplies sourcing and maintain communication with suppliers

· Communicate with suppliers in regards to active orders, logistics tracking, issues with products, etc.

· Receive and compare quotations from existing and new suppliers

· Assist price negotiation and establishing contracts

· Create purchase orders, ensure accuracy of orders, and follow up on any discrepancies or missing information

· Collaborate with other departments to determine future needs for materials / equipment / etc.

· Assist with budget planning and cost reduction analysis

· Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements – Korean-English Bilingual Purchasing Specialist:

· Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration and related-field

· 1-3 years’ experience in Supply chain/ purchasing/ procurement/ buyer role preferably at manufacturing industry

· Vendor contract negotiation experience is MUST

· Proficient in Korean and English languages

· Must have professional interpersonal communication skills, flexibility, and collaboration ability to work in a multicultural environment

· Experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP software

· Problem-solving and time management skills
