About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Korean-speaking Customer Support representative to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to start a career in customer support and provide exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Korean, providing accurate and timely support.
  • Assist customers with questions about products, services, and accounts.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalates complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and ensure high-quality service.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Basic proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer support role.
  • Availability to work onsite in Ras Al Khaimah, 24/7 rotation shifts, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
