Korean-Speaking Support / Back Office Specialist

Location: Beşiktaş – Barbaros Plaza, Istanbul
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Job Description:
We are looking for Korean-speaking team members to join our office in Beşiktaş, Barbaros Plaza. In this role, you will handle customer registrations, document verification, and data entry into our systems. You may also provide support via phone or email when needed. This is a support-focused position with no sales pressure.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Korean (speaking and writing)
• Basic English is a plus
• Proficiency in computer use (MS Office, basic software)
• Attention to detail, organized, and a team player
