KSA Head of Legal, M&A and Commercial

A regional leader in a fast growing customer focussed business, is expanding rapidly across KSA and currently seeking a new Riyadh based lawyer to lead their corporate and commercial work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running KSA based M&A and transactional real estate deals.
• Working on and advising on day to day commercial operations, covering a broad spectrum.

Who you’ll likely need to be in order to succeed:

Whilst there is a degree of flexibility, there are some core guidelines that make the backbone of the client expectations:

• Qualified lawyer (civil or common), with a PQE guideline of at least 8+.
• Strong exposure to M&A deal in the KSA market.
• Additional generalist corporate and commercial work covering both transactional deals, as well as day to day commercial operations.
• Fluent, native Arabic and English language skills.
• Strong interest and commitment to the KSA market.
