We are looking for a Markets Quality Specialist to join our Quality team in Jeddah, KSA supporting the Markets Quality Manager - NME&I Cluster at Bel Group.

This role plays a key part in safeguarding product quality and consumer experience across the downstream supply chain in Saudi Arabia, working closely with distributors, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

On-Ground Quality Execution
  • Conduct regular store, warehouse, and distributor quality checks in line with the annual quality plan.
  • Ensure compliance with Bel quality standards across storage, handling, distribution, FEFO, cold chain, unloading, and co-packing activities.
  • Plan and conduct market visits across KSA and prepare detailed visit reports covering freshness, rotation, and market storage conditions.

Capability Building
  • Support in execution of quality audits for distributors and trade partners.
  • Build quality awareness through regular training sessions and communication of good quality practices across logistics and distribution teams.
  • Support the customization and deployment of global quality standards to local market needs.

Quality Systems & Monitoring
  • Execute Consumer Experience Simulation (CES) activities and consolidate results with the central Quality function.
  • Monitor product freshness, aging, and defect trends using tools such as MOIRA and Power BI.
  • Validate MOIRA observations and ensure accurate data reporting.
  • Track and analyze quality KPIs and prepare monthly Quality and OTIF reports.

Incident & Risk Management
  • Proactively identify quality risks in the market and propose mitigation actions in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams.
  • Conduct market quality scanning when required.
  • Investigate local quality incidents and customer complaints, drive root cause analysis, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
  • Follow up on WeCare cases, provide customer feedback, and ensure proper case closure.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Support internal quality initiatives such as the “Make Consumer Smile” program.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the downstream supply chain.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related technical discipline
  • 1-2 years of Quality or supply chain experience
  • Strong command of English and Arabic
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Power BI or statistical tools is a plus)
  • Hands-on, field-oriented, detail-driven, and proactive mindset
  • Saudi Nationals only
