Fully OnsiteWhat you will do
Oversees supervision of finished goods inventory for sales warehouses, distribution centers, and factory mixing points to meet sales and distribution demand. Prioritizes workloads, monitors and adjusts daily work schedules, and distributes projects to ensure schedules are met. Create accurate demand forecasts for specific business unit(s) / product line(s). Monitors inventory levels, inventory positioning, and planned production and sales forecasts. Keeps track of inventories by developing and maintaining inputs to inventory system. May coordinates with traffic, production planning, and warehouse personnel to ensure appropriate routing, scheduling, and storing of goods. Examines internal capacity and review plan to align supply and demand to meet customer requirements.
Demand Planning lead is responsible of facilitating the end to end Sales & Operations Planning cycle in KSA to produce an unbiased and aligned demand plan for the rolling time horizon of 24 months. Also, he/she will be responsible to deliver on the availability, service and inventory health targets
Duties & Responsibilities
Forecasting and S&OP Management:
Maintains and understands the sales data at different aggregation levels (Brands, Sub-brands, SKUs, variants, sizes, Distribution channels, demand groups and demand locations).
Gathers information and document assumptions based on historical data, business intelligence gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailers, and other sources.
Facilitates parts of the S&OP process to gain consensus and alignment with all stakeholders involved in the process to arrive at one unbiased aligned number, practicing the IBP concepts.
Analyses gaps (financials, capacities, inventory etc.) from unit based plans to drive alignment between business functions.
Risk management and Inventory Health:
Works with the KSA team to identify, manage and communicate supply criticalities to all stakeholders outside the 3month horizon. Collaborates with the regional supply planners to assign the right priority and action plan to minimize such supply risks.
Co-owns with RSP inventory DOS and stock cover for his/her assigned products category / inventory location.
Performs SLOB risk analysis and initiate action plans with marketing/commercial team to keep SLOB provisions at minimum level.
Analyses gaps (financials, capacities, inventory etc.) from unit based plans to drive alignment between business functions.
Supervise planning of Co-pack activities and work closely with hub operations team to execute these plans.
New Products Introduction:
Locally owns NPI project management from supply chain point of view, collaborating with regional supply planners, regulatory, marketing, commercial and operations team to ensure successful on time NPI launch up the point that is handed over to OPEX.
Manages Phase in Phase Out (PIPO) changes at SKU level and communicate changes to all stakeholders.
Collaborates with Data Governance to ensure product codes are created in the system at the right time

Required Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management
Relevant experience in Supply chain
S&OP, IBP and Inventory management experience
Strong Planning modeling skills
FMCG industry is preferred
Advanced English is preferred (Arabic is a plus)
Min 5 years expreciance in Supply chain/planning
Desired Qualifications
Experience with systems mainly SAP / Microsoft office / Business Intelligence Tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong team leadership and team development
The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements
KPI managment (Forecast Accurecy, OTIF, Inventory, Cost)
