KSA Sales Specialist

For our client, a multinational Life Sciences products manufacturer, we are looking for an experienced Saudi Sales Specialist.

As part of the Indirect Sales Area Field Sales Team, the role is responsible for achieving the sales budget within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by managing distributor relationships and supporting end customers across the life sciences market.

The Sales Specialist drives sales of the assigned portfolio through indirect channels by working closely with distribution partners and key scientific institutions. The role acts as a bridge between distributors and end customers to ensure strong brand presence, high customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

This role requires strong commercial capabilities combined with the ability to present technical laboratory products to scientists, procurement teams, and research organizations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Selling the assigned portfolio at the defined accounts in the assigned territory via the indirect channel by connecting end customers and distributors
  • Strengthen the relationship at existing customers accounts and distribution partners within the assigned territory
  • Presenting the assigned portfolio and marketing campaigns at the distribution partner
  • Participating in exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, seminars etc.
  • Running the quarterly and yearly distribution partner performance reviews based on CRM and Sales Data
  • Having extensive knowledge of the portfolio and increase the knowledge by refresher courses
  • Increasing commercial skills supported by the business training program and the market experience in the field
  • Process account and customer contacts data in the eCRM system
  • Creating and converting sales leads to sales opportunities at the defined accounts and territory via the indirect distribution channel
  • Creating sales quotes in the eCRM System and maintaining the sales funnel of the assigned accounts
  • Analyzing market and competition within the assigned territory
  • Sharing success stories and best practice within the team and the Indirect Sales Area
  • Guaranteeing a state of the art customer experience via the indirect sales channel to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field
    • 3–5 years of experience in life science sales, account management, or scientific equipment sales
    • Experience selling laboratory equipment, instrumentation, or consumables
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets within a defined territory
    • Experience working with distributors or indirect sales channels
    • Good understanding of the life science and research market in Saudi Arabia (universities, research institutes, hospitals, government labs)
    • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
    • Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
    • Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly within Saudi Arabia
    • Fluent in Arabic and English
