• Kubernetes (AKS) Administration & Management
  Manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters including upgrades, scaling, monitoring, and governance.

• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
  Provide deep-dive troubleshooting and production support for critical issues across applications and infrastructure.

• CI/CD Experience – Argo CD
  Hands-on experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Argo CD or similar tools.

• Scripting & Automation
  Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, etc., for automation and orchestration tasks.

• Multi-Environment & Application Support
  Ability to work across multiple applications and environments, ensuring consistency and stability.

• Process Evaluation & Improvement

  • Participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) and evaluate new tools and processes.

  • Assess existing systems and provide recommendations for improvements.

• Microservices Expertise
  Strong understanding of microservices architecture and deployment strategies in Kubernetes environments.

Experience Level

• 7+ years of relevant DevOps/SRE experience, with strong Kubernetes and cloud-native exposure.

Scope of Current Team Engagement

• Supporting 15–20 applications deployed on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

• Managing deployments across 5 environments with approximately 200 microservices

• Weekly deployment coordination, issue resolution, and performance optimization

• Kubernetes Administration:

  • Cluster operations, upgrades, autoscaling, monitoring, and access/governance

• Migration Initiative:

  • Supporting migration from traditional Kubernetes manifests to Argo CD (approximately 50% migrated)

• Infrastructure Provisioning:

  • Included in scope — involvement in provisioning cloud infrastructure as needed
