Talent Development Specialist is responsible for creating a conducive learning environment, managing training processes, and contributing to the overall development and satisfaction of employees. The role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders and requires a proactive approach to address the dynamic needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Internal Training Coordination:
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to identify internal training needs, plan, and execute internal training courses.
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment between departments involved in training initiatives.
  • Business Leaves & External Training Management:Take charge of the staff business leave process, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
  • Training Surveys & Dashboards:
  • Design and manage surveys to gather feedback on training programs.
  • Develop dashboards to analyze survey data and track the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Use insights from surveys to continuously improve the quality of training programs.
  • Training Reports Preparation:
  • Create and maintain a training budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Maintain and manage the training budget, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Create and present monthly reports on training expenses, highlighting variances and proposing adjustments as needed.
  • Internship Programs Oversight: Control and oversee internship programs, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures. This is to foster a positive and enriching experience for interns within the organization.
  • New Employee Orientations & Tours: Collaborate with various departments to organize and conduct orientations for new employees. facilitate tours and introductions to help new hires acclimate to the organization's culture and work environment.
  • HR Support & Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to talent development and employee engagement.
  • Undertake any additional duties assigned by the HR Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

  • Capable of analyzing data related to talent development metrics to make informed decisions and enhance strategies for talent acquisition and employee development.
  • Leverage analytical insights to drive data-driven decision-making in talent development initiatives.

Proficiency with Microsoft Tools & Software, Especially Excel:

  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office tools, with a specific emphasis on Excel.
  • Excel proficiency is indispensable for creating and maintaining detailed reports on talent development, financial dashboards, and other data-driven documents.
  • Ensure efficient data management and reporting within the HR department, using Excel as a primary tool for accuracy & precision.


Other Comments:

  • Bachelor's degree & professional Certifications related to HR is a plus.
  • Kuwaiti Nationals Only.
  • Native Arabic & Fluent English speaker.
