KYC Quality Assurance Data and Technology Business Analyst

As a motivated and diligent KYC Quality Assurance Data and Technology Business Analyst within our team, you support our team in producing accurate reports, developing business requirement documents, and managing change documentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Create, validate, and maintain recurring and ad hoc business reports to support decision-making and operational needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, controls, and technologies to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Develop clear and comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting and documentation workflows.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal standards and policies.
- Have at least two years of experience creating and validating business reports.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and report generation, ensuring the reliability and integrity of information presented.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience using Excel. Strong proficiency in creating and managing complex, connected datasets; manipulating/segmenting data; and generating complex formulas and calculations.
- Some experience with Alteryx, with the ability to use it for basic data preparation and reporting tasks.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Alteryx ‘Designer Core’ Certification.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures, and industry best practices.
