Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated L1 Support Engineer to provide first-line technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role is ideal for candidates at an early career stage seeking hands-on experience in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for Linux and Windows systems
- Monitor systems and applications to ensure availability and performance
- Perform basic network checks and troubleshooting
- Handle incidents and requests via ticketing tools
- Support on-site operational activities as required
- Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Requirements
Basic Linux / Windows administration knowledge- Understanding of system & application monitoring
- Basic networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing / ITSM tools is preferred
- Strong English fluency
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
