Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Provide L2 application support for PeopleSoft Financials modules such as AP, AR, GL, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional and technical issues escalated from L1.
- Ensure system stability and timely resolution of production incidents.
- Work with business users to understand finance processes and resolve issues.
- Support key processes across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts.
- Assist with testing during patching, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Use PeopleSoft tools (read‑only or limited development involvement) such as: SQL, PeopleSoft Query, PeopleSoft Process Monitor & Report Manager
- Perform root cause analysis and inform L3/development when code changes are needed
- Work closely with L3 technical teams for enhancements and defect fixes.
- Document resolutions, SOPs, and best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Good knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, Supply Chain, Billing, Contracts).
- Experience with PeopleSoft tools (SQL, Oracle, PeopleTools stack familiarity).
- Functional understanding of financial processes (e.g., Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash).
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Salary Range $130,000-$140,000 years
