Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support, incident resolution, and operational stability across Linux, Windows, and network environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-level support for Linux and Windows platforms
- Perform advanced system and application monitoring & analysis
- Troubleshoot OS, application, and connectivity issues
- Manage incidents through ticketing tools and ensure SLA adherence
- Support on-site technical interventions when required
- Collaborate with higher support tiers and vendors
- Communicate directly with clients for issue handling and updates
- Contribute to operational improvements and preventive actions
Requirements
Strong Linux / Windows administration experience- Solid understanding of monitoring and performance analysis
- Good networking troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience with ticketing / ITSM tools
- Strong English fluency
- Strong communication & client-facing skills
- Saudi National
