We are seeking an experienced L3 Desktop Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support and resolve complex IT issues for end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to lead escalations, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
- Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and desktop imaging.
- Manage Active Directory, Exchange, M365, and endpoint security tools.
- Provide executive support and ensure minimal downtime.
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for project implementations.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in desktop/end-user support, with at least 2 years in L3 support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Office 365, Active Directory, and SCCM/Intune.
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle escalations.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Driving License (mandatory).
- Valid Work Permit for UAE.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
