L3 Desktop Support Engineer

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking an experienced L3 Desktop Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support and resolve complex IT issues for end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to lead escalations, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform system upgrades, patch management, and desktop imaging.
  • Manage Active Directory, Exchange, M365, and endpoint security tools.
  • Provide executive support and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Document technical procedures, solutions, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for project implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in desktop/end-user support, with at least 2 years in L3 support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Office 365, Active Directory, and SCCM/Intune.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle escalations.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid Driving License (mandatory).
  • Valid Work Permit for UAE.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
