L3 Network & Cybersecurity Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Advanced Troubleshooting and Technical Leadership : Perform in-depth fault analysis, resolve complex cybersecurity issues, and provide technical guidance to other teams to maintain network security and integrity.
  • System Maintenance and Upgrades : Ensure devices, systems, and applications are updated with the latest patches, upgrades, and configurations; manage system compliance with security standards and vulnerability management.
  • Proactive Monitoring and Documentation : Conduct regular health checks, maintain updated inventory and design documents, and monitor system performance and availability to optimize security infrastructure.
  • Change and Incident Management : Handle downtimes, device migrations, integrations, and issue resolutions while ensuring minimal service disruption and preparing detailed root cause analysis (RCA) reports.
  • Vendor (TAC) Management : overseeing and managing vendor communication related to cybersecurity infrastructure operations. This includes performance monitoring, and issue resolution with TAC. The team ensures vendors deliver quality services, meet SLAs, and adhere to security and compliance standards. They also play a crucial role in coordinating technical escalations, change management processes, and capacity planning activities involving vendors


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • 4-7 years of Experience
  • Ability to solve escalated technical issues within SLAs / Customer handling & Satisfaction
  • Self-Confident
  • Team Mentor


Must Have:

  • CCNP Security, Palo Alto, FortiGate or equivalent

Nice to Have:

  • CCIE Security
