Lab Account Executive (Outside Sales)

** Must live in the Houston area **

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Account Executive to expand our physician network throughout the State of Texas.

This is an outside sales role focused on developing relationships with:

• Family Practice
• Internal Medicine
• Pediatrics
• ENT
• Multi-Provider Independent Groups

The ideal candidate already has established relationships with physicians and office decision-makers and understands how to navigate private practice environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage physician relationships throughout the State of Texas
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with providers and office administrators
• Present Bird Dog Pharma’s in-office allergy and laboratory solutions
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation for new clinic partners
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with accounts
• Collaborate with internal operations and clinical support teams

Qualifications

• Previous medical sales experience* (required)
• Existing physician relationships* (required)
• Experience selling laboratory, diagnostic, allergy, or ancillary services is highly valued
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Professional appearance and presentation skills

Compensation

• 1099 independent contractor position
• Base salary + highly competitive commission structure
• Significant earning potential for high performers

Pay: $60,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
