Job Description – Lab Attender cum Admin Executive

Organization: Sri Edu Foundation
Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for a Lab Attender cum Admin Executive to join our team at Sri Edu Foundation, Jayanagar. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and willing to take responsibility for both laboratory assistance and basic administrative duties. Fresher or experienced candidates with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Laboratory Assistance:

• Assist faculty and students in handling lab equipment and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper storage in the lab.
• Support smooth conduct of lab sessions, practicals, and examinations.

Administrative Support:

• Handle basic office tasks such as filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Prepare and manage MS Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Coordinate with faculty, staff, and students for day-to-day activities.
• Support in scheduling, data entry, and front-office tasks when required.

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and adapt to both lab and admin responsibilities.
• Any educational background – freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior experience as a Lab Attender in colleges will be an added advantage.

• Working Days & Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
