Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lab Chemist Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of their construction projects.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and implement comprehensive quality assurance and control programs for all construction projects.

Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Develop, review, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.

Analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination regarding quality matters.

Provide technical guidance and support to project personnel on quality-related issues.

Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances and defects in a timely and efficient manner.

Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality-related activities.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.

Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
