Responsibilities:
- Schedules return physician clinic visits.

Schedules Chemotherapy and Infusion Services Visits.

Schedules diagnostic studies for new and returning patients.

Communication and Clerical Duties.

Assists clinic clerks with answering multiline phone system.

Acts as backup to reception and check in area as needed.
Qualifications:
Education
-
High School Education or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Medical Terminology required.
Experience
-
Six months clerical and customer service experience required.

Some computer experience required.

Medical and insurance experience required.

Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM.
(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)
Licensure/Certification

Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
- Outreach employees must have a Valid Oklahoma State Driver’s license with less than 3 points on his/her record if being hired into department # 40110.
- MVR must meet NRHS MVR policy criteria or Defensive Driving must be taken.
Compensation/Benefits

$14.86-$24.27/hr depending on previous work experience.
