Job Title: Lab Faculty – Accounting & ERP

Location: Kerala
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lab Faculty with hands-on experience in SAP, Advanced Tally, and MS Excel to train students through practical sessions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling lab-based teaching, guiding learners on real-time accounting and ERP scenarios, and ensuring strong practical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct practical lab sessions for SAP modules, Advanced Tally, and MS Excel
• Train students on real-time accounting, GST, payroll, and ERP processes
• Assist learners with hands-on exercises, assignments, and system navigation
• Ensure proper usage of lab systems and training software
• Track student progress and provide continuous academic support
• Coordinate with academic and placement teams when required

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of SAP modules (FICO preferred)
• Strong practical experience in Advanced Tally (with GST)
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reports)
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts
• Good communication and classroom handling skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant teaching or industry experience
• Certification in SAP / Tally will be an added advantage
