Job Summary

Position: Lab Med Tech

Location: Claremore, OK

Start/End Date: 5/4/26 - 8/1/26

Schedule: One shift is for the weekend day shift Sat/Sun (7AM-7PM) and two 8 hour shifts (8AM-4:30PM)

Second one is for the evening shift (2:30PM-11PM) - Mon - Fri

Requirements: Blood bank experience, BLS, and 3 years of Lab Med tech experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

• Participate in continuous education and training programs for professional growth.

• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.

• Engage in performance reviews and set personal goals for improvement.

• Document and report test results in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean laboratory environment.

• Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics and improve outcomes.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results.

• Analyze and troubleshoot laboratory issues to ensure operational efficiency.

• Assist in the development of new laboratory procedures and techniques.

• Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies and reorder as necessary.
