QC Lab Operations Specialist
QC External Testing is currently looking to fill a QC Lab Operations Specialist position with a 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm schedule. This position performs compliance related tasks associated with the change management process (change controls, change control evaluations, corrective and preventative actions, and document workflows) to support QC External Testing operations .
In this role, a typical day might include the following:
Coordinating and / or authoring impact evaluations for Change Controls, Partner Notifications, and Supplier Change Notifications to QC External Testing processes and procedures.
Initiating Change Controls, CAPAs, and document workflows in quality systems (Doc Compliance; Process Compliance) in support of QC External Testing operations in accordance with cGMP standards.
Serv ing as primary point of contact for QC on cross-functional teams to facilitate the advancement of projects
Support ing compliance and Regulatory related activities and requests
Execut ing and/or coordinat ing the completion of lab operations activities
Ensur ing timely completion of activities impacting lab operations
Train ing and educat ing group members on processes
Collaborat ing with internal and external teams to harmonize operations and ensure consistency within quality control laboratories
Develop ing excellent communication and working relationships with QC personnel responsible for deliverables as well as cross-functional team members
Identifying and communicating continuous improvement and lessons learned opportunities to the team and implement ing solutions
Facilitat ing inspection readiness activities in QC External Testing and participat ing in audits and inspections

To be considered for this role, you must hold of the following education and/or work experience:
Specialist: Requires a BS/BA in a scientific field and 2+ years of related experience.
Sr Specialist: Requires a BS/BA in a scientific field and 5+ years of related experience.
Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
