Overview
Performs a wide range of tasks associated with supporting the pharmacological aspects of both pre-clinical and clinical research while managing multiple research activities, bioanalytical procedures and analyses.
Responsibilities-
Performs research laboratory tasks, assays and experiments within the shared resource laboratory environment.

Undertakes bioanalytical assays and assists with molecular studies using cell cultures and molecular biology techniques.

Supports research projects and laboratory studies involving specimens/sample including collection and processing, biorepository maintenance and analyzing and documenting the test/laboratory outcomes for a principal investigator.

Prepares and submits experimental data reports with supportive documentation, routine tests and laboratory record keeping.

Understands and follows routine and established laboratory and safety standard operating procedures.

Conducts experiments and supportive laboratory work including records management with timely processing of samples for studies.

Maintains laboratory and study supplies and stock items for the laboratory.

Performs limited library research and reference work for background materials.

Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of laboratory based research experience, or the equivalent in education and experience, preferred.
- Excellent organizational, writing, and standard laboratory software skills required.
- Previous experience working with cell cultures and molecular biology techniques.
- Knowledge of laboratory and safety standard operating procedures.
- Knowledge of using/reading/keeping graphs, logs, charts and statistics.
- Ability to effectively work independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Pay Range: $45,177.60/Yr. - $70,033.60/Yr. (Based on 40 hours per week, otherwise pro rata)
