Qualification

• DMLT / B.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc MLT)
• M.Sc MLT – preferred
• Valid certification from recognized institute
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Hospital / IVF lab experience is an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect, label, and process patient samples accurately
• Perform routine laboratory tests as per protocols
• Assist in IVF / pathology / clinical lab procedures
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure calibration
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines
• Maintain test records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of laboratory area
• Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for reports

Skills Required

• Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge for lab reporting
• Ability to follow SOPs and quality standards
• Teamwork and time management
