Lab Technician

The Lab Assistant will support laboratory operations by performing various tasks related to the preparation, maintenance, and analysis of laboratory samples and equipment. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of experiments and laboratory procedures.
• Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses under the supervision of a qualified technician or scientist.
• Maintain and clean laboratory equipment and workspaces to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Record and document experimental results accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and label chemical solutions, samples, and reagents as required.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
• Support team members in various research projects and administrative tasks.
• Communicate findings and assist in the interpretation of data as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
