Lab Technician

Assist in preparing and filling skincare products (moisturizers, body washes, body mists, etc.). Measure and mix ingredients accurately following provided formulations. Maintain cleanliness and compliance with basic lab and hygiene standards. Ensure product consistency and quality control in every batch. Label, store, and organize finished products. Collaborate with the OnSkin team during product testing and small-batch trials. Requirements Lab Certification or relevant qualification in chemistry, biochemistry, cosmetology, or a related field. Strong understanding of measurements, ingredients, and safe handling of cosmetic materials. Prior experience in a skincare or cosmetic lab environment is a plus (not mandatory). Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain consistency. Attention to detail, reliability, and an eye for quality. Based in Dubai and available 2–3 hours every two weeks.
