Duties:
Evaluate and Test all SoClean flagship devices. Product testing use cases include:
o Incoming Shipments (new product)
o Customer Returns
o Prototype Devices
Perform Daily Use Life Testing activities associated with long-term Shelf Life / Useful Life testing protocols.
Refurbish and Repair returned devices.
Rework new devices as required to align with required BOM version changes.
Accurately record test results, observations, and measured values in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and as outlined in corresponding job procedures.
Upload test data and required documentation into NetSuite, SharePoint or other designated systems.
Verify calibration status of test equipment prior to use and follow established calibration procedures.
Follow all requirements pertaining to ESD, device safety, personal protection and cleanliness while working in all labs or testing areas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned test stations, tools and work areas.
Communicate any unusual / adverse test findings clearly and expediently to Technical Services Leads or other management personnel.
Perform other duties as needed and assigned including occasional priority work efforts that arise in the Distribution Center.
Perform all duties in accordance with ISO13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 20 Quality System requirements.
ROLES ASSOCIATED WITH JOB DESCRIPTION – ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING COULD APPLY:
All product evaluation, testing, refurbishment and repair services associated with the Technical Services Team.
Performs tasks associated with specific projects as defined in the work instructions for that project
Performs duties associated with physically moving and handling product from one pallet or location to another
Physical requirements:
The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including but not limited to a keyboard and mouse, screwdriver, utility knife, barcode scanner, pallet jack and utility cart.
Must be able to maneuver, lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 75% of applicable work time.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, occasionally sit at a desk and/or walk throughout the facility.
Must be able to and willing to wear personal protective gear as required.
Must be able to wear closed toe footwear such as hiking boots or sneakers.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
High School Degree or General Education Degree (GED)
3+ years of prior Distribution Center and/or Product Technician Experience is preferred but not required
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
Basic computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Excel
Enthusiastic individual, with the ability to work independently or in a group.
Adaptive to changing circumstances and contributes positively to team dynamic.
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively, multitask and prioritize the workload.
Ability to effectively communicate with others (written or verbal).
Dependable, accountable, and committed to fulfilling team responsibilities.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
